September 11, 2008
About 2,000 JLA Home zebra rugs sold at JC Penney stores are being recalled. The rugs do not meet the federal flammability standard for small rugs and do not have the required flammability warning label.

Consumers should contact JLA Home to receive a warning label to be affixed to the backside of the rug, or consumers can contact JLA home for instructions on returning the rug for a full refund.
